The Founding Partner of Good-Wil Consulting, our North American executive search firm. With over 25 years of business consulting experience, Tiffany's expertise lies in executive recruitment and board director placements and working as an advisor and coach to leaders. Her achievements extend beyond filling key roles; she is a specialist in succession planning, executive coaching, and board renewal. Moreover, Tiffany is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, both in her professional endeavors and personal life. Tiffany's dedication to social impact is evident through her active involvement as a board member of Fighting Blindness Canada, where she chairs the Governance Committee. Additionally, she plays an active role in promoting women's leadership through her membership in the International Women's Forum.

Kicking off her career journey with the Marketing and Communications team at Aga Khan University Hospital, a prominent not-for-profit institution spanning three continents, Saman's dedication to meaningful work was evident from the start. Drawing from her experience as a lead consultant at a New York-based executive search firm, specializing in financial services, consumer, technology, and non-profit sectors on a global scale, Saman brings a world of expertise to our team. Her true passion lies in assisting organizations strategically place top-notch leaders into pivotal roles. With an exceptional eye for talent and a knack for understanding our clients' unique needs, Saman is a true powerhouse in the world of executive recruitment. As a valued member of our team, Saman's drive and commitment fuel our mission to connect outstanding candidates with purpose-driven organizations.
